Wisconsin and the Holocaust

What did Wisconsinites know, and what did they do?

 

Panel discussion with HERC, the Wisconsin Historical Society, and the Jewish Museum Milwaukee moderated by Dr. Amy Shapiro,  Alverno College.

The discussion will address Wisconsin-specific stories relating to the Holocaust and World War II. Examples include Anti-German hysteria, Nazi activity in Wisconsin, what Wisconsinites were aware of, and attempts from Wisconsin to rescue and resist.
