About Us

HERC is a program of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation dedicated to Holocaust education across Wisconsin and beyond. Our small, committed team works every day to reach educators, students, and communities with programming, resources, and stories that inspire reflection and responsibility.

About the Opportunity

Whether your internship lies in marketing and communications, education, development, or organizational operations, an internship for undergraduates or graduate students at HERC offers hands-on experience in a mission-driven nonprofit environment. You’ll contribute to real, meaningful work alongside passionate professionals who care deeply about what they do.
