Holocaust Stories at the Cathedral featuring Belle Anne Freund & Mark Freund

Join us as we listen to the survival stories of members of the Nathan and Esther Pelz Holocaust Education Resource Center’s Speakers Bureau. This program allows community members, both teenagers and adults, an opportunity to listen to the testimonies of our local Holocaust survivors while there is still time to do so, and to recognize these unique individuals for their heroic survival of the Nazi hell and their creation of a new life on American soil. Interview by Matt Seigel. Free & open to the public.

Unfortunately our originally scheduled guest Raye David will not be able to attend this event. We are happy to host Belle Anne Freund and her son Mark Freund, who will share with us the fascinating story of Phil Freund’s survival of the St. Louis.

For more information contact Judy O’Hara at 414-963-2710 or JudyO@MilwaukeeJewish.org.

Free and open to the public.
