The Holocaust & Primary Sources: Using Rywka’s Diary

Join Directors of Education Ellie Gettinger (JMM) and Dr. Dan Haumschild (HERC) on HERC’s Facebook Page for an exploration of the Holocaust through primary sources from the era, including the diary of Rywka Lipszyc found at Auschwitz during liberation in 1945. The diary inspired “The Girl in the Diary: Searching for Rywka from the Lodz Ghetto,” Jewish Museum Milwaukee’s current special exhibit.
